Bochet

Honey caramelized over fire before it ever meets the water. A bochet of deep, toasty, full-bodied richness — toffee and roasted marshmallow, the mead equivalent of bourbon by the fire.

Honey: Oklahoma wildflower honey

A bochet begins by caramelizing the honey over heat — toasting it to toffee and dark caramel — before fermentation ever starts. The Bonfire carries all of that depth: roasted, rich, and full-bodied.

This is a slow-sipping, contemplative pour for the end of the night.
