Jarl’s Reserve is our tribute to the old way of brewing — when a mead was made strong, sweet, and meant to last. A sack mead uses a generous honey load, giving the finished mead a heavier body and a deep, honeyed character that unfolds over time.
We ferment slowly with locally sourced Oklahoma wildflower honey, then let the mead rest until it finds its balance. The result is a reserve-tier pour worthy of the high seat — rich without being cloying, with notes of baked apple, toasted oak, and dried stone fruit.
Brewed in small batches in the Tulsa metro. Veteran owned and operated.
